Theodore has worked with top agencies like DDB Dubai, &Rosas Barcelona, FCB Horizon, Impact BBDO, Ogilvy, M&C Saatchi and Publicis, leading global work for adidas, Land Rover, Toyota, Unilever, PepsiCo, Mondelez, Mars and Pfizer.

​

He’s delivered across film, digital, social, and experiential and now drives North of Normal, turning his passion for sport into culturally sharp, globally relevant storytelling.
